The Outreach Pastor is responsible to lead, coordinate, and manage the local and global outreach ministries, including local church multiplication in a manner that is consistent with our Outreach Policy Manual and philosophy of ministry, in an effort to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the Lehigh Valley and among the nations, especially unreached people groups.
