Membership is an important part of the local church. Membership is a formal way of committing to submit to your spiritual leadership as well as your brothers and sisters in the church.
To become a member of Cedar Crest you need to complete these steps:

Here at Cedar Crest, we consider membership a vital part of the church, which is why we have a membership course that covers topics ranging from the gospel, to the doctrinal beliefs of Cedar Crest, to the expectations of a member and to how you can use your spiritual gifts to serve the body. If you’d like to make this commitment, you can sign up for our next membership course. We offer this course three times a year in three different formats.
FALL – Sunday mornings during Discipleship Institute from 8:45am – 9:45am.
WINTER – Wednesday evenings during Family night from 6:30pm – 8pm.
WEEKEND – Saturday from 8:30am – 3:30pm (lunch provided) and Sunday 11:30am – 3:30pm (lunch provided).
The next course will start September 13 and run for 9 weeks during our Discipleship Institute trimester (Sunday mornings from 8:45am – 9:45am).
Childcare is provided.
Note: You should not apply for membership unless you are in or have taken the membership class within the last year and the membership class teacher indicates that it is time to apply.

If you would like to transfer your membership from or to another Bible Fellowship Church, please submit the appropriate transfer request below.
Note: If you are transferring into Cedar Crest, please upload a letter/e-mail from your current BFC church indicating their approval of your transfer to our fellowship.
Baptism is for those who are seeking to take the next step in their faith by publicly proclaiming their identification with Jesus Christ through baptism. Upon completion of the application form, an elder will be in contact with you about setting up an interview to get to know you more as well as to explain and answer any questions you may have about baptism. Once approved, we will then set up a time for you to video record your testimony to be shown at the Worship Service on the next Baptism Sunday.
Adults – fill out a baptism application for themselves.
Students (under 18) – A parent/guardian must apply on behalf of the student.

Application Deadline: November 29, 2026
PLEASE NOTE: Only fill this application out if you are applying for baptism, but not applying for membership. If you are applying for baptism and membership, just apply for membership (the baptism questions will appear if you select that you have not been baptized).
